Your tasks
- As the first point of contact for all employee inquiries, you ensure efficient and clear internal communication
- You prepare all employment-related documents, such as work and salary certificates as well as employment contracts (including SIVP and CDI) to help maintain compliant and reliable HR procedures
- Managing onboarding activities as well as organizing internships and training programs etc. allows you to contribute to a smooth employee experience
- Through handling insurance requests, prepare insurance contracts, and coordinate occupational medicine, you support our HR operations
- By managing CNSS-related topics and communicating with the payroll team, you ensure accurate and well-aligned payroll processes
- In your day-to-day doing, you will schedule and organize meetings for our HR Management and cover as the absence substitute for other HR Managers
Skills & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or a similar field combined with 1–2 years of experience in an international company (ideally IT or Software)
- You are used to handle confidential information with trust and descretion
- French at C2 level and English at C1 level, German would be a plus
- Working in teams and thriving in intercultural settings comes naturally, supported by clear and effective communication
- A structured and independent work style ensures you stay organized and on top of your tasks. Quick learning and adaptability help you succeed in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
