Business Development Representative (m/f/d) French speaking (C1)

Your tasks
- Lead generation via phone, e‑mail, and social selling (LinkedIn) in France and French‑speaking North African markets
- First contact and qualification of inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations
- Identification of key pain points, relevant KPIs, business drivers, and project parameters
- Buying center analysis: identifying relevant stakeholders, their roles, priorities, and influence
- Accurate CRM documentation of all outreach activities, call notes, processes, and stakeholders
- Recording and maintaining opt‑ins for targeted communication touchpoints
- Creating a comprehensive qualification profile for a smooth handover to our Sales Managers
- Close collaboration with Sales leadership to refine our pipeline strategies and outbound approach
Skills & Requirements
- French at business‑fluent (C1) level and English at minimum B2 level
- Initial proven experience in Sales, ideally in cold calling or outbound lead generation
- Understanding of processes and challenges within logistics, production, and service environments
- High motivation for acquisition, strong drive to build new sales opportunities, and a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication skills, strong persuasiveness, and a naturally curious mindset
- Resilience and confidence when handling rejection during early outreach phases
- Structured and reliable working style, especially in CRM documentation and process management
- Fast learner with a strong ambition to grow and build a long‑term career in software sales
