Working from home is our primary means to give employees the flexibility they need.We offer all employees the option to work some of their hours from home. Additionally, our employees enjoy greater flexibility through flexible work hours. Whether an employee is an early bird or a late riser, whether they like to take a long lunch or just a short break, actual worked hours are handled on a basis of trust.
Employees can even take a longer time off for a big trip or a personal project. By taking a sabbatical, an employee can go on an extended leave of absence and be guaranteed returning to the company. The same applies for employees coming back following a parental leave. Whether you are a mother or father—everyone should have time to spend with the family.
At L-mobile, we strive to make the return to workeasier following a leave of absence. During an employee’s time away, we communicate with them to jointly plan their successful return to work.
L-mobile in Sulzbach (Germany) has the advantage of being able to offer guest accommodations. Employees from our locations in Germany and abroad regularly stay in these rooms during their visit. The rooms can also be used temporarily by new employees moving to the area during their housing search.
Another important priority for L-mobile is our employees’ continual personal and professional development. We ascribe to the philosophy that a person can learn all their lives, and we support anyone who wants to further their education.
