Your tasks
- You independently identify and acquire new business opportunities, focusing on mid-sized companies in the DACH region (german speaking countries) and France
- You inspire prospects with our solutions and address their specific processes and challenges in logistics, production or field service
- Preparation and delivery of online presentations as well as on-site meetings with customers and in our Digital Factory in Germany
- Analysis of existing business processes together with internal experts and development of tailored solution concepts
- Creation of ROI analyses and proposals, plus management of the entire sales cycle from needs assessment to closing
- Active collaboration with the customer’s buying center to identify key stakeholders and decision-making processes
- Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships with a focus on cross-selling and upselling
- Independent pipeline management and consistent pursuit of targets
Skills & Requirements
- Several years of proven success in software sales
- Excellent understanding of business processes, enabling you to clearly demonstrate the value of our smart software solutions
- Excellent German skills (CEFR C1) and good English skills
- A solution-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for challenges and opportunities in the mid-market
- Strong communicator, confident and engaging – both remotely and in face-to-face meetings
- Structured and goal-driven working style with a focus on measurable sales results
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approx. 10%)
