Digital production with L-mobile production data collection
Most of the 80 or so machines used in production at Murtfeldt Kunststoffe are now connected to L-mobile’s production data collection solution. The goal: Make all relevant information transparent and accessible at any time—from customer-specific information for order processing to data regarding produced quantities, setup times, or malfunctions, including causes.
Thanks to digital recording, process routes and search times can be reduced, while important production data is recorded in real time.
