falch GmbH manufactures high-pressure water jetting equipment and is one of the leading companies specializing in the development, manufacture, leasing, and sale of professional water jetting equipment.
For their project, in addition to warehousing, falch also wanted to be able to handle and access all other processes and distribution channels on a mobile basis at any time. L-mobile was faced with the challenge of introducing mobile data collection for the company’s warehouse, production and assembly, sales, and service operations.
Along with the implementation of L-mobile, falch also introduced the MS Dynamics NAV warehouse management system at the same time. The company therefore made a huge leap in moving away from purely manual paperwork administration toward the complete digitalization of processes.
