Business Development Intern (m/f/d) Spanish Market (Spain & LATAM)

Your tasks
- Market Penetration: Execute dedicated outreach campaigns (calling, emailing) to potential B2B clients across Spain and Latin America.
- Discovery and Qualification: Conduct professional discovery calls to thoroughly qualify prospect needs, pain points, and budget considerations regarding their software integration challenges.
- Value Communication: Present initial overviews and focusing on how they solve the prospect's specific business problems.
- Meeting Coordination: Master the organization and scheduling of first and second-stage meetings (presentations of the solution and the company) between prospects and our specialized technical/sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain highly accurate and disciplined records of all communications and qualification details in the CRM system.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a top Business School (Sales, Commerce, or International Business focus) or a Language/Applied Linguistics Program with a clear commercial drive.
- Language Proficiency (MANDATORY): Perfect Spanish language skills (C2/Native-level), both written and spoken, with an impeccable Spanish accent suitable for professional engagement with high-level contacts in both Spain and Latin America.
- Commercial Acumen: Possess a proactive and competitive commercial fiber, motivated by connecting clients with innovative solutions.
- Availability: Strong dedication to meeting demanding work hours and objectives.
- Rigor & Discipline: Methodical, reliable, and highly disciplined in managing a large volume of leads and appointments.
- Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively and synthesise complex customer requirements accurately.
