Die Differenz zwischen Soll- und Ist-Bestand muss erfolgswirksam in der <strong>Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung<\/strong> ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, da ausschlie\u00dflich der Ist-Bestand f\u00fcr die <strong>Bilanz<\/strong> entscheidend ist.<\/p>\n<p>Damit Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer ihr Testat geben oder die Finanzbeh\u00f6rden s\u00e4mtliche Angaben \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen k\u00f6nnen, braucht es einheitliche <strong>Regeln zur Durchf\u00fchrung<\/strong> einer Inventur.<\/p>\n<p>Folgende <strong>Grunds\u00e4tze zur ordnungsm\u00e4\u00dfiger Buchf\u00fchrung (GoB)<\/strong> m\u00fcssen eingehalten werde:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vollst\u00e4ndige Bestandsaufnahme (sog. Bilanzklarheit, d.h. einer formalen Gliederung und Struktur folgend)<\/li>\n<li>Einzelne Erfassung aller Waren, G\u00fcter oder immateriellen Verm\u00f6gensgegenst\u00e4nde<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gesetzliche Vorschriften zur Inventur sind der <strong>\u00a7240 im Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB)<\/strong> sowie die Abgabenordnung (AO) mit <strong>\u00a7140 und \u00a7141 Abgabenordnung<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Ein wenig Flexibilit\u00e4t gibt es aber auch hier. Die Inventur kann hier <strong>bis zu zehn Tage vor oder nach dem Stichtagstermin<\/strong> erfolgen. F\u00fcr den Zeitraum der Inventur steht in den meisten F\u00e4llen der Betrieb still, da die Mitarbeiter voll und ganz f\u00fcr die k\u00f6rperliche Bestandsf\u00fchrung eingespannt werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vorteil der Stichtagsinventur:<\/strong> Wurde die Bestandsaufnahme am Bilanzstichtag durchgef\u00fchrt, wird ein exakter Abschluss ohne Diskrepanzen ausgef\u00fchrt und der physische sowie buchhalterische Bestand stimmen im besten Fall exakt \u00fcberein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nachteil bei einer zeitnahen Stichtagsinventur:<\/strong> Wurde die Stichtagsinventur nicht zum exakten Bilanzstichtag durchgef\u00fchrt, spricht man von einer zeitnahen Stichtagsinventur. Zwar bedeutet dies, dass man mit der Wahl des Datums etwas flexibler agieren kann, jedoch muss in diesem Fall f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen zwischen dem Bilanzstichtag und dem Tag der tats\u00e4chlichen physischen Bestandserfassung ein <strong>eindeutiger Beleg und Nachweis<\/strong> im Lagerbuch gef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Da es f\u00fcr viele Unternehmen aus Personalmangel oder aufgrund der Menge an zu inventarisierenden Werte und Waren schwer m\u00f6glich ist, eine Stichtagsinventur durchzuf\u00fchren, hat der Gesetzgeber verschiedene <strong>Inventurvereinfachungsverfahren<\/strong> einger\u00e4umt, um die Inventur zeitlich zu verlegen, stichprobenartig zu erheben oder permanent durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. In diesem Fall k\u00f6nnen Sie die Inventur auf einen beliebigen Tag innerhalb eines Zeitraums von drei Monaten vor oder zwei Monate nach dem Bilanzstichtag verlegen. F\u00fcr dieses Inventurverfahren ben\u00f6tigen Sie allerdings die <strong>Genehmigung des Finanzamts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die bei der zeitversetzten Inventur ermittelten Best\u00e4nde werden gem\u00e4\u00df Ihres Wertes <strong>fortgeschrieben oder r\u00fcckgerechnet.<\/strong> Die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr eine vorverlegte bzw. nachverlegte Stichtagsinventur ist die systemseitige Unterst\u00fctzung des Inventurverfahrens in Form einer <strong>kaufm\u00e4nnischen Software<\/strong>, wie beispielsweise einem Warenwirtschaftssystem oder einem ERP-System.
