Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un service 24h\/24 disponible tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, l\u2019entreprise minimise, voire \u00e9limine, les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat impr\u00e9vus des machines en mettant en place une maintenance pr\u00e9ventive.<br \/>\nAfin de garantir cette prestation, une bonne planification et une ex\u00e9cution continue du processus de service ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires. Dans le pass\u00e9, les techniciens travaillaient avec des bons de livraison papier, qui mettaient environ une semaine \u00e0 parvenir au service administratif, o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es \u00e9taient finalement saisies manuellement dans le syst\u00e8me MS Dynamics NAV.<br \/>\nPour donner un ordre d\u2019id\u00e9e, 140\u00a0000\u00a0\u20ac de frais de personnel \u00e9taient investis par an uniquement pour transf\u00e9rer les donn\u00e9es des bons de livraison papier dans l\u2019ERP. Le transfert manuel des nouvelles donn\u00e9es recueillies au cours de l\u2019intervention \u00e9tait chronophage et source d\u2019erreurs.
