Les ordres de service cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans MS Dynamics NAV sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;affectation du site concern\u00e9, assortis de toutes les informations les concernant.<br \/>\nIls sont ensuite assign\u00e9s au technicien ou \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9quipe appropri\u00e9s via le tableau de planification graphique L-mobile. La gestion des comp\u00e9tences, la repr\u00e9sentation des p\u00e9riodes d&#8217;indisponibilit\u00e9 et des absences ainsi qu&#8217;une pr\u00e9sentation cartographique des lieux d&#8217;intervention permettent une planification optimale. L&#8217;acc\u00e8s possible \u00e0 la planification d&#8217;autres sites sur la base de r\u00f4les et de droits favorise une collaboration interr\u00e9gionale ais\u00e9e en cas de pics d&#8217;activit\u00e9.
