El servicio t\u00e9cnico de la empresa est\u00e1 disponible las 24 horas durante todo el a\u00f1o y se encarga de minimizar o evitar por completo los tiempos de inactividad no planificados de las m\u00e1quinas gracias al mantenimiento preventivo.<br \/>\nPara poder asegurar este servicio, se requiere un proceso de servicio t\u00e9cnico bien planificado y sistematizado. En el pasado, los t\u00e9cnicos utilizaban albaranes de entrega en papel. Estos documentos tardaban aproximadamente una semana en llegar a la oficina, donde el personal de gesti\u00f3n introduc\u00eda los datos a mano en el sistema MS Dynamics NAV.<br \/>\nPara ilustrar la magnitud, solo para transferir los datos de los albaranes de entrega al sistema ERP de forma manual, se invert\u00edan 140\u00a0000 euros al a\u00f1o en costes de personal. Adem\u00e1s, transferir manualmente los datos adicionales que se recopilaban durante las intervenciones era un proceso propenso a errores y que requer\u00eda mucho tiempo.
