There you will find a corresponding tab where you can select the desired service checklists and add them to the order. Just like the checklists that were assigned in the editor, these dynamic forms are also available to the technician at any time when working on their field service assignment.

Mobile Service Checklists in the Service App

Once a new field service work order has been entered and allocated to a suitable technician using the digital planning board, digital checklists become extremely important. When your service technician arrives on site, they will find all the relevant information for the order on their tablet or smartphone thanks to the mobile service app. Then when they select their field service work order, and a digital form has been assigned to it, a new tab called “Checklists” will appear in the order overview. There the service technician can access the checklist assigned by office staff. Your technician can now carry out their field service assignment with the aid of the service checklist and store all the necessary information in the form digitally. Once they have completed the checklist and finished the field service work order, all data is synchronized with the system, including the completed checklist. Office staff can now download and check the PDF file of the digital form.

The mobile service app also allows your service technicians to create new checklists of their own on their mobile end device. The technicians are often best able to assess whether additional steps need to be taken for a field service work order or whether a customer needs to be consulted in more detail. They can thus assign another checklist directly to the order without first sending this information to the office and waiting until their colleagues have created the new list there.
