A complete application includes a cover letter indicating your earliest start date, your salary expectations, a clearly structured resume, and copies of relevant degrees, certifications, and work samples where applicable.

For applicants

Nowadays it is no longer necessary to send in job application documents by mail. We ask that you only send your application by email and as PDF files.

Digital applications immediately reach the correct person and can be quickly processed.

The Next Steps After You Submit Your Application

Application process

First, we verify if your application is complete and corresponds to the position you are applying for. If we find potential in your application, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview with HR and the department you are applying to. During the interview, we would like to learn more about you as a person—your professional experience, your expertise, and what motivates you.
The interview also gives you the opportunity to learn more about the company and the position.

If you make a good impression during the interview, we will then organize a trial workday for you. The trial work day gives you a chance to learn more about what the job entails, meet other colleagues, experience L-mobile first hand, and also demonstrate what you can offer. Based on various selection criteria, such as specialized expertise, job experience, social and other personal skills, we assess whether you meet the job profile and are a good fit with our team.

If we like what you have to offer, you will receive a job offer and our trust. At that point, you are part of the L-mobile team!

Off to a good start

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day of work at L-mobile and will spend some time helping you get to know the company. This orientation includes an introduction to L-mobile, the business units, the employees, as well as our webcasts, which will give you a detailed explanation of our products.
